smile your day
Sometimes just a short message can make your day. Sometimes it can be a sentence or even one word. Sometimes it’s somebody’s voice on the other side of the phone. Sometimes a friendly wink. And sometimes an innocent smile.
A few really simple things that make you feel better and happier.
One of my tasks at work is to make reservations for people travelling to work abroad. There is in one transport company that I always call and send e-mails to. The contact person is a very nice man, helpful and very reliable someone. These last two days we were texting to confirm the reservations and each time it made me smile. The simplicity of those messages and the positive energy floating somewhere on the phone joints was enough to start a day with a smile.
Good morning Mr M, I sent you an e-mail with the complete list of passengers for Saturday and their details. Unfortunately, we don’t have the addresses yet but they should be known this afternoon.
Good morning Ms M, what traffic have you got! Almost like in Rome! Every new person is welcome. I’ll read my e-mails in a while. Thank you so much. Greetings, M.
Oh yes, yes. People leave for the brave new world [smile]. Have a nice day.
And I’ll gladly take them to this world [smile].
Have a nice day.
El día se ilumina con una sonrisa!
